-2 scoop Levels Unflavored Grass-Fed Whey Protein
-6 tbsp. coconut flour
-2 tbsp. organic stevia = ¼ cup baking stevia
-2 tbsp. brown sugar
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
-1/4 cup Grass-Fed Ghee
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Whisk together dry ingredients (through salt) in a mixing bowl.
3. Mix in wet ingredients (through vanilla) to form a dough.
5. Lightly coat baking sheet with Ghee.
6. Place twelve rounded tablespoons of dough onto sheet a couple inches apart. Press 7. flat just slightly.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
