Vanilla Bean Whey Protein Pancakes

A protein packed breakfast is the best way to start your day. Try this low carb, high protein pancake mix and make breakfast a serious win. 

Makes 4 pancakes

Ingredients:

1/2 c Pancake Mix (We like Birch Benders Keto Pancake and Waffle Mix or Lakanto Low Carb Pancake and Waffle Mix)

1 Scoop Vanilla Bean Whey Protein

1 tsp MCT Oil

1 large egg

1/2 c Water or Milk

A Dash of Salt

Blueberries

1/2 Ripe Banana

Sliced Almonds To Taste 

Directions:

Mix first six ingredients until combined. 

Pour batter into 3-4 inch pancakes on a griddle greased lightly with coconut oil. 

Cook about 3-4 minutes until bubbles stop forming and edges brown. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Top with blueberries, sliced banana, and sliced almonds to taste.
